She has a degree in Industrial Design from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León and in the process of an MBA at the Regiomontana University. She has courses in Design of Refrigeration Systems and Calculation of Thermal Loads by ASHRAE, and is a graduate of the Leaders in Development course by ICAMI. She has more than 12 years of experience in Product Development and Project Management in international automotive and refrigeration companies such as Navistar, Embraco and KBR. During her career, she has been responsible for the design and implementation of new product lines for plants in Brazil and Mexico, as well as the transition of 2 product lines from the USA to Mexico. Her experience has led her to serve as support to various companies in countries such as the United States, Italy, New Zealand and China.

Degree in Industrial Design, University of Guadalajara. Graduated from Goldman Sachs / ITESM Business, in 2013 she was awarded a scholarship by Goldman Sachs with its 10,000 Women program, a global initiative that fosters economic growth in countries by providing women entrepreneurs around the world with an education in management and business, mentoring and networks, and access to capital. Her career in design has led her to work for Mexican companies where she developed especially in the design of tooling and consumer products. Companies such as Urrea, Stamp Rojo, Metalsa among others. Product and mold designer for packaging. Project coordinator in Chicago for a pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer. She also start with a company project: DMASI Product Design plus Manufacturing Engineering having as first clients companies as big as Lala and Cemex.
Clelia Hernández Orta, Director, Iniciativa Nuevo León 4.0.
Computer Systems Engineer and Master in Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has a specialty in Systemic Pedagogy. She has a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship Research and is a PhD candidate in Business Creation, Strategy and Management at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, focused on entrepreneurship and social innovation. She has more than 28 years of professional experience in various companies and institutions in the public and private sector. She is a founding partner of Expertus - SPIEE, S.A. de C.V. She is a consultant for companies in process management, project administration, strategic planning and effective work teams. Co-founder of the Young Entrepreneurs Model of the Ministry of Economy, a program that has impacted +100,000 people nationwide from 2010 to 2012. She was invited as an International Global Fellow to the 2012 Kairos Global Summit in New York, exchanging experiences with the 50 most innovative young people from the world's leading universities, with the 150 scholars from universities such as Stanford, Yale, Babson and Harvard.

Patricia del Carmen Zambrano Robledo, Research Director of the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon and Level 1 Member of the National System of Researchers.
Professionally, she has worked for more than 23 years in academy and research in the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon, where she obtained her degree in Mechanical Engineering Administration in 1992. In 1996 she obtained her Master’s degree in Sciences of Mechanical Engineering with Specialty in Materials, and in 2000 her doctorate in Material Engineering at the same university. She is recognized as a leader in Industrial Outreach, having directed more than 40 research projects with companies such as Metalsa, Viakable, Frisa, Sisamex, MD Helicopters, Prolec, Arvin Meritor, Magnapower, and organizations such as the Automotive Cluster of Nuevo Leon and the Aerospace Cluster. Her lines of research are focused on two main subjects: Manufacturing Processes of Metallic Alloys (mainly machining, soldering and shaping) and Electrochemical Corrosion.

Sebastien Schmitt, The North America Robotics Division Manager, Stäubli.
He has a Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering from Mulhouse University. He is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the robotics business in North America. He started his career at Stäubli in 1995. He has held various engineering and technical management positions for more than 25 years in the USA. In France as a software user interface developer and global technical support manager. In 2015, he became Director of the Robotics Division and a member of the Stäubli North America Executive Management team.
